Refund & Cancellation Policy

At EcoSail, we are committed to high-quality logistics and consulting services. We have set a clear refund policy balancing client flexibility with operational costs.

1. EcoSail Wallet (First Refund Option)

  1. Auto-deposit: All refunds are auto-credited to the client's wallet.
  2. Usage: Wallet credit can be used immediately for any service or package without deductions.
  3. Cash withdrawal: Submit a "Cash Withdrawal" request via dashboard — processed in 7-14 business days (client bears transfer fees).
  4. Credit validity: 12 months from deposit date.

2. Refund Details by Service Type

Each service has its own per-stage refund formula. See the relevant service page for full details.

3. Force Majeure Clause

EcoSail disclaims full responsibility for delay or failure to deliver services in case of force-majeure circumstances beyond its control.

Covered events (non-exhaustive):

  • Natural disasters and fires.
  • Pandemics, epidemics, and quarantine restrictions.
  • Sudden government closures of cities, ports, or airports.
  • Armed conflicts, wars, or civil unrest.

Procedures:

  1. Service suspension: Client's right is preserved; execution is auto-postponed until the force-majeure ends, with no additional fees.
  2. Credit transfer: If the force-majeure persists and the client cancels, full amount is transferred to EcoSail wallet (regular cancellation fees waived).

4. Additional Provisions

  • Site readiness: If inspection fails due to factory error without 24h notice, the inspection is counted as delivered.
  • Bank fees: Borne by client in all refund operations.
  • Processing time: 7-14 business days after refund approval.
