We are your watchful eye in China. This service ensures that what you paid for is what you will actually receive. We visit the factory when goods are ready, inspect them piece by piece, then supervise the workers loading the container to ensure your goods arrive without missing items or damage.

Transparency Notice
This fee covers inspection, loading supervision, the technical report, and travel between Chinese cities for one container or partial-quantity at a single supplier. It does not include international shipping or customs duties.
General Refund Policy
- 48+ hours before appointment: Full refund (100%) less bank transfer fees.
- 24 hours before: 80% refund.
- After execution starts: No refund once inspector is dispatched.
- Bundle validity: 12 months from purchase date.
